User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data and your account data from WaKlaud at any time. Anda boleh minta padam data peribadi dan data akaun anda dari WaKlaud pada bila-bila masa.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@waklaud.my with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address (and, if applicable, the WhatsApp number) linked to your account so we can verify ownership.
  3. We will confirm and permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

What gets deleted

Your account, organization data, contacts, conversations, messages, uploaded files, and connected credentials (which are stored encrypted). Deletion is irreversible.
