Is there a free trial?
No — you subscribe to activate. Early-bird pricing (first 100 sign-ups) locks in RM99/mo for Basic and RM297/mo for Pro, and that price is yours for as long as you stay. Cancel anytime.
What is BYOK, and why does it make WaKlaud cheaper?
Bring Your Own Key — you plug in your own Anthropic/OpenAI API key, so you pay the AI provider directly at cost (usually just sen per thousand messages). We never mark up tokens or cap your usage. One live seller ran ~RM80 of tokens against RM6,303 in sales.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. Subscribe → connect a WhatsApp number → paste your AI key → train the chatbot from a form. No code, no developer.
Can the AI really read payment receipts and addresses?
Yes. Send it a bank-transfer slip and it matches the amount to the order and flags underpaid/overpaid/fake. Send it a Shopee/bill address screenshot and it reads the full name, phone and address — so lazy-to-type customers still get their order captured.
Which payment methods does it support?

Is this the official WhatsApp API? How do I connect my number?

Can I see my sales month by month?
Yes. Analytics shows confirmed sales for each calendar month (COD included), plus your chatbot's closing rate — leads, orders and conversion per bot.
If I cancel, do I lose my data?
No. Your chatbots, contacts, and orders stay put — the account just switches off until you renew. We keep everything for 90 days and you can export anytime.
