Terms of Service

1. The service
WaKlaud provides a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform. You connect your own WhatsApp Business, AI, payment, and courier accounts; WaKlaud provides the software to operate them.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms, to send only messages recipients have consented to receive, and not to use the platform for spam, fraud, or unlawful content. You are responsible for content you send.
3. Your accounts & keys
You bring your own third-party credentials (Meta, Anthropic/OpenAI, Chip, NinjaVan). You are responsible for their costs and compliance with the respective providers' terms.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed via Chip. Fees are for platform access and do not include third-party costs (messaging, AI, payment processing), which you pay to those providers directly.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, WaKlaud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
